Shipping & Delivery
We offer free express worldwide shipping on all orders over IDR 3,000,000. We ship globally from Bali, Indonesia using DHL Express and domestically using EMS.
DUTIES & TAXES
Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country or the country you’re shipping to. The recipient of the shipment is the importer on record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
Taxes will be calculated and added to your order total in the shipping cart. There will be no additional VAT or duty charges requested on delivery by our carriers. Please note, tax and duties are non-refundable upon return of an order.
CHOICE OF COURIER
All International orders are shipped with DHL. All orders within Indonesia are shipped with EMS Express.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Unfortunately, we are not able to change or cancel your order once it is placed. Please choose items carefully and ensure all shipping information is full and correct before placing your order. Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
